| Booking |
Bookings have to be submitted well in advance and will only be accepted on condition the reservations/rentals could be made and the minimum number of participants has booked and confirmed subject to payment and agreement of the GT&C.

| Age policy |
Sabonamza reserves the right to exclude certain age groups (children and/or senior citizens) should it consider the tour, safari or expedition not suitable for them.

| Payment |
If your booking is accepted (not confirmed), a non-refundable deposit of 50% is due and the balance prior to commencement but not later than advised in the confirmation. Rented vehicles and other 3rd party service providors are payable on delivery.

| Cancellation fee |
Should a Guest give notice of cancellation less than 30, less than 14 or 7 days, a cancellation fee of 50, 75 or 100% will apply respectively. In case of termination or desertion, no refunds apply. In case of any Act of God or less than the minimum participants booked, notice can be given without notice and a pro-rata refund less expenses incurred, will be made. Rented vehicles are payable in terms of the rental agreement.

| Code of Conduct |
The code of conduct applies as published and the decision of Sabonamza or its representative, the Guide, is final. You are required to fully comply and assist. Suggestions, complaints and claims must be lodged to the Guide. Participation can be terminated without notice.

| Indemnity |
An indemnity must be signed and witnessed by each participant, their guests, friends and family.
You, your heirs, executors and administrators undertake not to claim from and not to take legal action against and to indemnify, hold harmless and absolve Sabonamza, its owners, members, guides, organisers, servants, helpers and agents from any or all claims and or liability in connection with loss or damage to any property or injury to yourself or even your death arising from negligence of the above parties or from any cause whatsoever in the course of any tours and/or transport and/or any associated activities organized by Sabonamza Tours & Safaris in which you partake at your own risk.

| Insurance |
Insurance for travel, accident,medical ,evacuation, private effects, cancellation, curtailment, vehicles and repatriation of the aforesaid in all destined countries is compulsory and must be confirmed by covering notes. The excess, if applicable on rented cars are at the drivers expense.

| Documentation |
Valid Passport, required Visas and travell vaccinations are your own responsibility, we will assist as far as possible.
For your vehicle you require registration papers, a Carne, insurance, details, proof of ownership or authority for use.

| Luggage |
Luggage is limited to 2 pieces of maximum 25 kg in soft cases/bags if you are a passenger.
|
| Health |
Your physical health,condition and fittness must be good. You may not be at risk in conditions of extreme weather, activity, danger or pressure. Your medical fact-sheet for emergencies must be available.

| Jurisdiction |
The Law of the RSA always applies.
Other services such as car rentals & acitivity providers are subject to the agreement entered into with them.

| Notice |
Changes can be made without notice or refund or claims.
|
| Prices |
Prices can be changed without prior notice. Prices are provided on an indicative basis for budget and planning purposes only and may change or be adjusted to personal preferences.

While Sabonamza make every attempt to ensure service delivery to our customers, we are also dependent upon the availability and order processing of our service providers, and make no guarantees that all offers made on our site will be available or that enquiries will always be processed in the specified time. Sabonamza reserves the right to make alternative arrangement if deemed necessary.

| Guarantees |
Sabonamza are under no obligation to honour any liability or guarantee for it's services nor those rendered by other parties. Sabonamza will only refund in terms of it's cancellation policy above.

Sabonamza will never sell or give away any personal information that you submit and will only use your information to keep you informed of the services that we offer.

| Right of refusal |
At our discretion, Sabonamza reserve the right to refuse to accept or execute any enquiry or service and to cancel any service if we feel circumstances dictate. Sabonamza will not render any services until payment has been received.
